- Women in Business aged 18 – 55 years
- Own and manage their own business in Nigeria
- Has 50% and above shareholding in the Business
- Whose Business has been running for more than 1 year
- Access Bank account holders (Individual or Business accounts)
- Businesses registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission
Yes, joint businesses can apply if
- A woman owns at least 50% of the business
- If selected, she will attend the Mini-MBA program

Please look out for an email on the status of your application.
- ₦7 million to the first beneficiary
- ₦5 million to the second beneficiary
- ₦3 million to the third beneficiary
- ₦2 million to the fourth beneficiary
- ₦1 million to the fifth beneficiary
Category 2
- ₦500,000 each to five additional beneficiaries
- ₦250,000 each to ten additional beneficiaries
Stage 1: Join the W Community
Stage 2: Complete the online application in the following steps;
- Fill out your personal and business details correctly
- Provide a brief description of your business.
- Complete all questions and submit. (Successful applicants will be contacted via email)
Stage 3: Your business in 60 seconds
- Create a 60-second elevator pitch video with clear audio about your business using a video camera or a quality phone.
- Click the upload button afterwards to upload your pitch video. The video should not be more than 50MB in size.
Stage 4: Top 120 entries will be contacted via email to proceed with the Mini-MBA program.
- Not for profit organizations/NGOs
- Employees, contractors, officers, directors or agent of any of the following:
- Access Bank Plc, or any parent, subsidiary, affiliated or related entity
- Any person or entity involved in the development, production, distribution, or other exploitation of the Program
- Any known major sponsor of the Program or its advertising agency
- Any person or entity supplying services or prizes to the Program
- Any public office holder
