About the Program

A women-focused business support program.

Since its launch in 2019, the Womenpreneur Pitch-a-ton programme has grown into a pan-African initiative supporting women entrepreneurs and a key entrepreneurship programme under Access Bank’s W Initiative.

The program was created to empower women-owned businesses with the knowledge, networks, and funding needed to scale. The program combines business education with access to grant funding, networking, and business exposure.

The Womenpreneur Pitch-a-ton program was launched to empower women entrepreneurs in Nigeria through business education, mentorship, and financial support, including access to a fully funded Mini-MBA certification and business grants for selected participants.

Building on its success, Womenpreneur Pitch-a-ton expanded beyond Nigeria to other African markets where Access Bank operates, evolving into a pan-African platform that supports and champions women-led enterprises across the continent.

Over the years, the program has empowered women entrepreneurs across Africa, equipping them with practical business skills, strategic mentorship, and financial support to help strengthen their businesses and unlock opportunities for sustainable growth.

This Season

This year, 120 exceptional women entrepreneurs in Nigeria will be selected to participate in an intensive, fully sponsored Mini-MBA program designed to strengthen their leadership, improve business performance, and prepare them for sustainable growth.

Beyond the funding, finalists will gain visibility, access to valuable business networks, and the opportunity to join a growing community of women entrepreneurs who are shaping the future of African business.

Whether you’re looking to scale your business, sharpen your entrepreneurial skills, or unlock new growth opportunities, Womenpreneur Pitch-a-ton season 8 is your opportunity to take your business to the next level.
